Nice Trailer, October 19, 2009
By threejays from Berea, Ohio

"The trailer is great for hauling camping gear behind my Honda Civic.

The trailer is light enough that it can be unhooked and moved around manually, however I added a rolling jack for convienence.

You will need a sheet of plywood for the trailer deck, some 1x4's for the stake pockets, 3/8" hardware (for attaching the wood deck), and two free evenings for assembly.

I only had two small assembly hurdles, First: The front side marker lamp mounting screws protrude directly into the center of the front stake pockets (requires cutting a slot in the front stakes) and Second: There is no wiring hole for routing the electrical to the rear tail lights (I ended up drilling a small hole in the frame).

This is a great little trailer for anyone who has a small car with a 1-1/4" hitch.

Great Load Carrying Capacity & Exceptional Value, March 17, 2009
By jackbquick from Durham, NH

"I was happily surprised when unpacking the contents of this small affordable trailer kit packaging to find clear and easy assembly instructions, parts packaged carefully to eliminate shipping damage, and all parts fitting easily together during assembly. It is a perfect trailer with the optional 12" wheels for towing up to 1060# loads behind my 4 cylinder Saab 92X. Actually, I purchased 2 trailer kits intended for building a couple of prototype mobile hybrid PV/wind power generating systems with back up battery banks."

Nice trailer, August 18, 2008
By Capysolo from Hampshire, IL

"I bought this to pull behind my motorcycle. When my friend and I built it (which only took a couple of hours) I realized it was too big. So we took it all apart, cut it down, welded it up, and put it back together. So effectively I built this thing twice! Everything fits together nicely, and it looks nice when it's finished. Well worth the money!!!"

40X48 trailer, July 31, 2008
By DevilDog from Massachusetts

"Not a bad little trailer, took me two hours of assembly to get it together, plus wood, stain, etc. Problem was that to register this in Ma. you need a "certificate of origin", or title. I was told that it would take "10 to 14 days" for the title after shipment, plenty of time to get it registered for my trip a month later. After two weeks, I had still not received it, and was then promised I would get it "any day now". A week later, it was sent "overnight delivery". Never got it. Then I was told it was mailed first class mail. Never got it. Then I was told, the day before my vacation, it was sent that day...not enough time to register the trailer that I bought a month ahead of time specifically for this vacation.
I have still not received the title. I would guess that if you need a certificate of origin to register the trailer, allow six weeks for delivery...maybe more. Pretty poorly organized.
I would not do this again.

Trailer, June 5, 2008
By Neilymon from Gainesville, Fl

"It was delievered in 2 packages on different days and it was not a problem handling them. The instruction manual could have been a little better laid out but it was fairly clear. Assembly was required and you have to have a small area for that. One thing that does bother me is that no where before hand does it tell you the wheels are only rated for maximun 55 mph."

Utility Trailer Kit, January 15, 2008
By Brendancw from Cleveland, OH

"Complete kit with all the nuts and bolts included (no missing or duplicated parts like some other kits). Easy to read instructions and no problem for any amatuer with basic tools. Worked well with motorcycle rail from this web site. Sturdy and easily handled my 500+ lb motorcycle from Cleveland, OH to St. Louis, MO."

Not so easy to assemble, October 29, 2007
By SVMastTransit from Central NJ

"Great trailer for the money. Plan on spending more time than they claim on the assembly but when you are done you have a good, sturdy trailer. Five stars if the directions were better."

Excellent multi-purpose Trailer, October 29, 2007
By VAlions from Nokesville, VA

"This was an easy to assemble kit. We were able to assemble it in one afternoon with just a few standard tools. The instructions were easy to understand and everything that we needed was clearly labeled. We now have a new trailer for our portable Barbeque Grill."

Best trailer for the price, July 11, 2007
By Lawdog from Kansas

"I had similer trailer that lasted a couple of years, this trailer is far better built and was a snap to put togather. It said in the instructions, a 6 hour build, I had it done in under 4. We use it to haul heavy steel targets and it has no problem, then you can fold it up and store it....Great deal."
