"If you need to haul anything under 1000 pounds, and want something compact, this is the one for you. I've had this trailer for just under a year, but it's taken everything I've thrown at it. They used to sell this kit with 8-inch wheels, glad to see they upped it to 12-inch. Less wear on the bearings that way.
When I first bought this, I was concerned how it would do on the interstate. But, I was able to haul several hundred pounds over 300 miles down I-85 without a problem. Most of the time I was between 75-85mph.
My primary reason for choosing this model was that it folded. I live in an apartment, and planned on storing this in my unused second bedroom. I have to take off the wheels and the tongue support for it to fit through my doors, but, fit it does. After a couple of times you get adept at assembling everything. I can have it rolled out and attached to my car in 30 minutes.
I do have a few nit-picks about this one though:
Further down in the reviews you'll see those who recommend buying some washers to use with this. I agree with them, I haven't had to tighten anything on this trailer yet. Would have been nice if it came with them though.
The instructions aren't crystal clear, but they're good enough. You need to have good spatial perception to avoid staring at the drawings to figure out which way it's turned.
Be careful with the wiring for the lights. There are plenty of pinch points on this thing, especially where the bed and tongue fold.
The wheels that it stands on when folded need to be larger and made from rubber. They're just plastic casters, about 2 inches across. They're fine for rolling on smooth concrete. But, on rougher surfaces, they can be a pain.
It would be nice if it included some kind of latch mechanism for when it's folded. A couple of bungee cords hold mine together.
Overall, though, it's a good buy for a trailer this size. I've seen similar sized trailers costing hundreds more that don't even fold."
