Just wrecked my 2nd superwinch,

"I bought a ATV that came equiped with a super winch with 2000lb capacity. It worked great the first few times i used it but the first time i really needed it when i was stuck good... The Guide plate became kinked in the cable and broke off. I did not misuse the winch i never wound it without atleast a small load on it to keep the line Tight. I was happy with the performance of the winch and i was very happy with the price i found of a similar replacement so i purchased this Product. Installed it in about 15 minutes and once again the motor worked great. But the same thing happened, the Guide plate broke off and the cable broke off the Frespool cluch. The cable just doesnt seem to want to stay spooled. and yes i was using a Roller fairlead. I will be spending the extra money for a Warn winch in the future. I am not happy with this product. I would recomend this winch for light use however. You cannot beat the price, and it does work. Just need to watch the cable carefully and when your stuck in a mudhole holding up the ride.... I dont want to have to babysit the cable.

"I have purchase this winch in the beginning of 2009, And it has been great since then. It has been a handy and very helpful winch for me, So far I had not yet had to replace any parts or had any trouble, When I bought this winch it came with every thing but the bracket, Which was no problem for the price of the winch, If you are looking for a great winch with a good Price for your ATV I would recommend this one."

"I bought this winch for my ATV and I am really happy with it. It took abouut onr hour to install and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good winch at a good price. The kit came with everything except a mounting bracket which you can order seperately. I have used this winch several times and it hasn't let me down yet."

"We purchased this winch to replace the worn out one on our ATV. On the farm, we use our ATV and winch a lot. This one works great, and it was easy to install. The price was reasonable, too, compared to what we have priced other places. What more could you ask for? It's a gem."

"I needed a means to raise and lower a plow on my 4Wheeler. I did not want to spend a lot so I was looking at many options. When the 2000# Superwinch was on special with other attachements I jumped on it. It almost fell in place as I installed in the wheeler and it has already done for me this winter what I wanted it to do and now I have a winch for the rest of the yaer if needed for anything."

"This is a really excellent winch for use on ATV's. Less expensive that some of the top brand names but extremely well made and works great. Only drawback is that the control box for same is rather large in shape and takes some time to find a good place to attach same. I had to place mine under the fender as close to the battery as possible so wires could reach. Other than that a great item for the price."

"The Superwinch was a pleasant surprise. I expected a cheap imitation based on the price I paid. The workmanship is superior. The accessories are good and installation, although a lttle more cumbersome than some winches I''ve had, was straight forward. This winch works very well, has the power & drive that I need around my property.
For the price you can't go wrong."

"Didn't have enough power for what I got it for, so I got a bigger one a relegated this one to pulling small vehicles up the ramp and in to my trailer. I replace the cheap cable with a nylon strap no problems since."

"Used on my Polaris for lifting and lowering plow but also found it useful once after I burried my quad in the snow. Winch pulled it right out. Now I can see why so many quads have wiches. Found instructions easy to follow and accurate. Little to no trouble getting it set up."
