"I have had this product for about a couple months now, and it has worked flawlessly on my utility trailer for loading and unloading my snap-on 2,400lb tool box at job sites i am at. It's a great winch for semi heavy duty job's and has not let me down yet and i have got allot of use out of this winch in the last couple months! Thanks warn for such a great product and has done allot of work for me like i said and It's very durable and dependable winch, and i highly recommend it to anyone! i am definetly buying a 12,000lb version one next for my 1991 monster suburban 4x4 Truck, for vehicle recoveries and playing of course pulling people out of the mud..lol anyway thanks warn for such a great product and price. I will definetly be buying more in the near future take care and look no further this is a great winch. For the price its well worth every penny i paid when i got mine, Ray F."
