Poor Parts Replacements,

"We purchased this drum jack several years ago. It seemed to work OK. After using the item we needed parts. After placing a purchase order with the company and after several phones calls of complaining, we finally got the parts we needed. It took over 4 months to get parts. If you need parts for this item.....Good Luck."
