"Very heavy duty, and able to withstand punishment. Once you have this , you will find more ways to use it than why you bought it."

Hook & Chain,March 17, 2009
By Paullyfrom Waunakee, Wisconsin
"I bought this hook and chain because my Wife slid off the road in a snow storm and I was unable to hook on to our Mustang with a regular chain. I drove wrecker for about three years and this is what we used. So I bought this hook and chain just in case there is a next time. Since I purchased it I used it for hooking and pulling logs behind my 4 wheeler and it worked great. I would highly recommend this as a must for a emergency kit in all vehicles in states that get snow like we get here in Wisconsin."

CHAIN FOR TRACTOR,March 16, 2009
By RED01from MANVEL TEXAS
"I HAVE A JD 50 HP TRACTOR WIT A FRONT END LOADER. I USE THIS CHAIN AND HOOK TO MOVE ITEMS THAT WILL NOT FIT IN THE BUCKET. THE LARGE HOOK MAKES IT A SNAP TO HOOK UP AND THE GRAB HOOK KEEPS IT IN PLACE. ANYONE WHO NEEDS A QUICK HOOK-UP COULD USE THIS ITEM.
HAPPY HANDYMAN"

Hook and Chain,November 18, 2008
By smithgun2008from Georgia
"Very usefull to lift just about anything! Hook chain to frontend loader bucket and with a little practice can hook pieces of scrap metal for cleaning or loading. Great for tying down vehicles on trailer when hauling to junkyard or home to repair. Used it to pull am truck from ditch without having to lay down inmud and hook up chain, just reach under and place hook over cross member!"

Not as strong as it looks and not as pictured.,October 8, 2007
By farmingengineerfrom alabama
"Picture in " Hotline " shows " T " hook and it was not included. The first time I hooked the "j" hook around a disc axle the " j " hook strightened and dropped the disc in the middle of the highway about a mile from where I started. Will never use it on anything critical again."

Hook and Chain,July 9, 2007
By Woody88from Rochester, VT
"This hook and chain combo is exactly what I needed. In the winter time, I keep it in my 4WD vehicle as I often help pull other folks up hills or out of ditches due to snow and ice. In the summer time, I use it with my 4 wheeler to pull down and drag out dead trees on my property. Strong yet compact enough to keep handy in a variety of vehicles."
