"The Drum Lifter is way beyond my expectations. We lift 1,400 lb drums loaded with steel plates out of our truck beds and this tool is awesome in the way it grasp the rim and locks in place for lifting. The tool release is simple as well to operate. We purchased another on to carry on our delivery truck so we could have a backup."

"Only two models available for lifting 55 drums vertically. The other one is a crusher design, this one a finger design that grips the rim. I feel a lot safer with this design vs the other one. Uses the same principle that is used to grip steel plate when moving it. Also has a higher load capacity. Again a larger safety margin as this will be lifting 55 gal drums of gas when needed."

"I have used this lifter to lift 55 gal drums and 55 gal poly barrels. It works flawless every time and the locking tabs help the barrel from slipping out of the lifter. The only way to make this lifter better is if it were triangulated."

Great product value

"This device is the easiest way to move a heavy barrel. I can see other uses but haven't tried them. This device grabs the barrel seam around the top or bottom and with a portable lift, loader or chain fall you can lift heavy barrels safely. The chain and clamps seem to made of good quality material."

"This is The best thing I'v found to Lift drums, anything from a 35lb barrel to full 55 gallon drum of oil / grease . I'v also used it to pull out and lift and install large conveyor belts. Very handy to have and I keep finding new ways to use it."
