"I built some 8 foot high storage shelves in the garage, and getting heavy items off and on the upper shelves without killing myself was a challenge. This lift, though expensive, is the perfect way to solve this problem. The lift is made in the USA by a subsidiary of a company that builds giant cranes, so they know what they're doing. The lift works very well. The freight company totally demolished the cardboard box in which it was shipped, but the lift is so ruggedly built it was completely undamaged. The ability to turn the forks upside down for higher reach is a useful feature."
