too short- 2 way tilt,

"Very sturdy and well made. bearings on tilt screws and all, I like that, but if you are tall and have a lift that is tall enough for you (like my challenger lifts) This jack is not quite tall enough. I may have to trade in for a Ranger RTJ-1 it has 8 more inches of height. I was also disappointed that it did not have 4 way tilt. First reviewer was correct about that. (I didn't read reviews before buying it.)"

Torin 2 stage transmission jack Model TR4055,

"lift range is actually from 34 1/2" to a little over 73"(a little more than 2" higher than listed) The saddle only tilts one direction- not two as advertised. One knob only moves the saddle from left to right-it does not tilt it-of very little use. This model uses the same saddle as the Torin model TR4057, the specs on that one says 0 degrees tilt left & right.
Other than that it works out very well.

"This trans jack is one of the best yet, very stable and easy to use.
We use this jack every day working on fire pump transmissions. We have two (2) of them and both work great. Good price and easy to use.
