"I got this jack this summer and have not yet put it through the test. But initial impressions are good. The finishes are nice and it operates well as well. You can jack up a car fairly quickly. It has an added rubber piece to prevent from damaging the finish when jacking certain vehicles; this can be removed if necessary.
I use it on my lifted trucks, but it is short enough to slip under a VW golf as well.
Nice design."

"I've used my jack in my home shop for over a year. It's been a good jack but, one of the rear castors came apart. I'm currently trying to find replacements."

Torin Aluminum/steel Jack,

"HI,
I have used this jack extensively for the last 12 months. I have let my mechanic friends borrow it too. I can say it has served me very very well until now. One of the casters have broken and it has been more than difficult to replace the casters. One of the suppliers I do business with has said these casters are obsolete.
Of all the great things, I can say that the jack is much lighter than its steel counterparts and it is easier to work with and performs just as well - minus the casters. My mechanic friends love it too and they said they would buy one. For me I would buy another one only if I could put some stronger casters on the jack. Otherwise it's a great tool for a weekend mechanic that does his own oil changes or other light work.
