Two-burner propane counter-top cooker

,

"I have used a two-burner cooker like this for over a year. The only drawback I found is that a skillet or a griddle reflects a great deal of heat downwards, towards the counter top. To protect the counter top, I slid an insulated cookie sheet under the cooker. It fit perfectly! Other than that, I had no problems whatsoever with it. I used a standard barbeque-style propane tank to fuel it. Worked great."

Cheap!

"I caught this thing on sale, so I don't feel cheated. I think it was worth what I paid, but wouldn't want to pay reg price for it. It was missing a bolt or two, no assembly instructions were included (it's simple to assemble), some of the fins over the burner area were broken in the box, and I had to drill out the ports on the burner as they were blocked with what ever cheap coating is on the stove. The included hardware isn't really ideal, I stripped a couple bolts using a regular box wrench trying to snug them up, the lock washers were too small, and pull thru the slots on the legs and burners. I recommend new hardware. I might have missed it in the product description, but it takes a regular LP grill type pressure hose & regulator. I was hoping I could run it off my distribution tree, but until I find the proper adapter it'll need it's own tank."

"This unit was a little difficult to assemble. Needed a little TLC to get it to a position to be able to use it. Reasonable quality for what we paid. We use it as a backup when traveling in our RV."

"This is a great little stove. Boils water faster than my home stove, and it uses very little gas. Goes together with just a screwdriver and pliers. This is the best camp stove I have ever purchased. I recommend it highly!!!"
