EZ Stacker review,
November 2, 2009
By kapokkid
"We just ordered two of these after having them recommended by a friend in our neighborhood. They are everything they say they are, easy to set up and the perfect size. They are also handy (when used with 8' and 4' sections of 2"x4"s) to see if you got a full cord from the guy dropping off the firewood or not.
The only caveat: when you are purchasing your 2x4s for the rack, try to make sure they are dry so that they will slide in easily. The tolerance is pretty tight so if they are wet and swollen, you may end up having to trim the ends a bit so that they will slide in and hold well. We spent about half an hour or so trimming the ends of ours because the PT boards we got were wet and a little bit swollen so they wouldn't quite slide in."

Perfect,

"Simple, inexpensive and durable, and no moving parts -- that's the nature of the EZ stacker. set it on cinderblocks and insert 2x4s in all the holes and voila -- you have an efficient and nice looking log holder that set up in minutes. cover it with a Northern Tool canvas tarp and you're set for whatever winter brings."

EZ Stacker Wood Crib Brackets,
November 19, 2008
By CJS1
from Woods of Nh
"For years my wood piles were not organized and not every safe. They always looked like at any moment they would fall over. After reading about these brackets I went ahead and purchased a set. The customer service was top notch during the ordering process, and my order came faster than my delivery of fire wood !! 2 simple cuts of 2x4's and I was stacking wood, faster and safer than I ever had in the past. So much so that I purchased 2 more sets. I even got the ultimate compliment from my wife, " wow the wood looks good this year, and I don't feel like it is going to crush me when I take pieces off" I would recommend these to a friend in a NY minute !"

EZ Stacker Wood Crib,

By Littlebuster007

"Quick and easy way to neatly stack a good supply of wood. I like them because you determine the size and height you want and cut your two X four's accordingly. I've used 10ft. 2"X 4"'s already and they worked great."

"I used this product to add another row of wood covered by the overhang of my woodshed. It effectively allowed me to add another row of sheltered wood by only using 2x4's. This porduct is safe and strong. The extra row of wood is stacked 8 feet high by 8 feet long."

EZ Stacker Wood Crib,
April 15, 2008
By 734richardd
from Ann Arbor, MI
"I've known how to stack firewood all my life, making "cross stacks" at the ends of the wood pile to have "square corners." BUT, this method of making a smaller, neater pile of firewood, right next to the sliding door in my walkout basement is perfect.
With the end of "fireplace season" here in Michigan, I just returned the few remaining sticks of firewood to my main storeage pile, away from the house, and put the EZ Stacker in the garage for next Fall. Took 5 minutes!!
I love it, and I'm going to get another one for my camp!

EZ Stacker Wood Crib,
January 16, 2008
By islander
from San Juan Islands, Washington
"Setup for the wood crib is fast and easy, requiring only four 8-foot 2 by 4s (I purchased inexpensive studs from my local lumber yard), a saw (a handsaw works fine), and a tape measure. I had the crib assembled and ready to fill with a half-cord of firewood in less than ten minutes. The brackets are made of durable plastic that is impervious to weather. If the 2x4s crack or break, they can easily be replaced. I highly recommend this simple, effective solution to stacking firewood."

EZ Woodstacker Crib,
January 15, 2008
By Mike1255
from Rochester, New York
"The EZ Woodstacker was the perfect solution to my firewood storage needs. I bought 2 sets. It took no more than a few minutes to set them up because you simply insert your own 2X4s into the slots. What's even better is that the 2X4s can be any length you desire. This was perfect for my storage needs and unlike other wood cribs that are made in one size these can be changed at anytime. They will never rust becauseof their construction. When the heating seasons ends the one in my basement can be taken apart in minutes and saved for next year. A simple solution to an old problem and a great value too!"

Wood Crib,
January 14, 2008
By worley

"The wood crib brackets are made of plastic, but they are capable of handling more wood than I thought. If you only stack the wood 4' tall they will last you a long time. Very good product overall..."
