Hose reel is tough

"This hose reel is very industrial and very tough. It can take a good beatin by our shop and still keep right on working properly. It is heavy and took some big anchors to bolt it to the wall. The only negative is that it is very stiff when unwinding and takes both hands and feet to pull it out of the reel. We expect that to soften up though as the hose gets used and softens over time."
