"This product was shipped very fast directly from the manufacturer. Some assembly was required, but was simple enough to follow and understand. Assembly was done in about 10 to 15 minutes. After taking it outside and filling with oil, we connected it to the propane tank. It took a few times to get the burner lit and set properly, as you had to do a gas flow check and make sure the flame setting was correct before letting the V-Bottom pot sit on it. It was easy enough to keep the oil at 350 degree's and I cooked chicken and fries for the first use. The only thing I wish was done differently, is the two small baskets do not fit inside each other."
