MIG Gas Kit

"I lost the reg that came with my Handler 140 so this was the most resonable replacement. The extra small conversion parts will not be used since the 140 is already setup to use gas."

MIG Conversion Kit

"I installed the MIG Conversion Kit on my Hobart 125 welder with no problem at all. Directions were clear and complete. I am restoring a Model A Ford and need to do some sheetmetal patching. With this Conversion and some 75/25 argon/co2 gas I am able to weld 20 guage sheetmetal with no problem. Minimal distortion, neat welds and easy to clean-up for minor filling."

Review, Hobart Mig Conversion Kit

"I purchased this kit to upgrade a no-name competitors Mig welder. The welder in question was a free flowing design that wasted a lot of gas between welds. Adding this kit was a very easy retro-fit that converted the welder to a trigger controlled flow design."

Up grading "no name" flux machine
July 31, 2011
"N67HVN,
I have a "No Name" (C. Hausfeld) 80 amp flux core machine. How hard was it to retro-fit this conversion kit to your machine??

"I have a Handler 125 and purchased this in addition to it to make it more versatile for me in my use of it..........kinda thought it was going to be a real pain to install.........I was pleasantly surprised, with te removal of a few screws from the case and very basic tools i had the kit installed in minutes and working in no time at all!!........made it like i bought another welder.......with the argon hooked up it made much nicer welds and it was a breeze to set up"

No surprises. Good, Solid, Straight forward

"Well, nothing fancy really. The manufacturer's description is very accurate. Installation was pretty straight forward and simple. Product works as it should in every way, no let-downs. The only inaccuracy is that, if you know what you're doing, you can weld a bit thinner than 22ga!"
