"The generator manual is very clear. Installation is easy.
The only drawback is the manual is on a CD. Need a computer to view. Not very handy when the generator location is remote."

A Handy thing to have in Buffalo

"Having lived in Buffalo for about 5 years now, one of my wife's requirements was to have a generator. Looking back, it is one of the best things we could have had installed. Our sump pumps run fairly regularly and this generator has kept them running (along with the TV for football games) without a hitch. Great product, I gave it 4 stars solely because I wish they made it easier to purchase parts locally. Usually if you want Generac parts, you need to get them online and if you want something local, you have to do the cross-reference work. But aside form that, it runs great."

"This Generac standby generator is awesome and provides even more than I had expected. I can now power my home in the event of a electrical outage and no longer have to lug a rolling generator in the snow, etc. to attain the comforts of home. Though there existed a back order status for this item, I was kept up to date and informed as to the status of my order and did recieve the item in an orderly fashion as soon as it was possibly available.....Thanx........AL H."
