"I bought this mixer before last years deer season and it has worked great. I have processed my own deer for many years now and this mixer has been a great asset. What used to take 30 minutes or more to mix by hand now takes less than 5 minutes. Definitely worth the money."

Makes better Sausage and Jerky,
April 21, 2008
By fishinzombie from Billings, MT
"I purchased this mixer a few years ago. I have been extremely pleased with it. Not only does it keep your hands from cramping and becoming cold, but it helps to make a more consistently blended mix for the best possible results. I make alot of sausage and jerky every year and this mixer has saved me time and makes meat processing much more enjoyable. I also lend this mixer to friends of mine, some of which are a bit hard on stuff, and it has survived the test each time. Breaks down quickly and easily for easy clean up."

Meat mixer mixes it up...,
January 15, 2008
By acp74 from Port Tobacco, MD
"When I first received this product, I will admit I was skeptical as to whether it would really mix the meat as good as I could do it by hand. I have been making my own sausage for over ten years now, but its a known fact that putting your hands into that cold meat to mix it up feels like sticking them in a snowbank. Now I am getting older and smarter, so when I noticed this product when browsing your catalog, I simply had to try it. And let me tell you, I was simply delighted with it. The meat mixer works just as well as my own two hands. I like a lot of seasoning in my homemade sausage and it gets so tiresome doing the job by hand. With my new mixer, it took me half the time to mix and the results were exactly the same, if not better. All my taste testers agree!"

MMMMMMMMMMM Summer Sausage,
November 12, 2007
By badback from beautiful North Idaho
"I mixed a little over 60 lbs. of summer sausage, snack sticks and breakfast sausage. This was my first sausage making experience so I've got nothing to compare it to. The mixer made the job go quite well. There is still a lot of work involved but I can't imagine what it would be like by hand. The unit breaks down easily for cleaning. This is a great deal for the money."
