"I purchased my Generac generator from the Northern Tools catalog late 1999 in preparation for Y2K, due to my business doing remote data processing and systems support.
While Y2K was not the forecast disaster, my Generac has been going strong ever since. I added wheels for mobility and ease of movement.
It has been a trusted source of power on hunting and camping trips and a power source for work sites.
Still going strong at 12 years now."

"Our power goes out about 3-4 times a year. We don;t power the whole house, but this is a great generator that keeps our sump, 2 fridges, freezer, and a couple small accessories going all night on a single tank of gas with no problems at all.
Wheels are larger, and handle makes it easy to maneuver.
One of the best thigns I ever purchased!"

"We live in a rural area - power outages are not frequent, but have been prolonged in the past. I'd always envied that one house that has power when the rest of us are sitting around warming our hands on a candle - so this is the unit I purchased. Compact, easy to manuever and the right price (with a good warranty, too!)."
