"I have not had much luck with this product although most of my problems may have been caused by the initial delivery. First it was delivered with a broken handle adjustment knob, and the screws attaching the shield edge guard were broken from their plastic housing. I contacted Northern Tool and Equipment and they replaced the parts quickly. Once all of those pieces had been replaced, I tried running it. It ran well but one of the tires came off of its wheel. Fortunately, you can get them back on easily with a screwdriver."
