"Used it, liked it, it worked very well. The wand could be a little longer, an adjustable length would be nice."

Good product at the right price,

"I've had this product for about a year and it works great for burning weeds. The piezo lighter feature is nice. When your propane tank is low make sure that your tank is at room temperature otherwise the flame will go out after a few seconds. I strapped my propane tank to a backpack frame so I can walk around my property without having to pick up the tank."

Awesome little tool,

"What a great tool for the money. A bit tricky to learn but once you do, its great for the price. After connecting to the torch and the propane tank, Make sure the valve on the torch is closed. Open the tank valve very slowly and only a little bit. There is a shut off built inside the connection that will close if you open it to fast or to much. If you hear a click, you probably opened it to fast. You'll have to undo the connection to release the shut-off valve. Ok, that done, wait about 30 seconds to allow the gas to fill the hose (long hose). Now open the torch valve a TINY bit also. Not much, just enough to hear a tiny bit of gas running thru the torch. Light the torch or push the iginition if you have one. Once lit, you can control the flame with the trigger..Great tool and great deal, fun to play with. Also remember to connect to the tank the threads turn left, the opposite way as most things. The other little handles included are to fasten to the torch near the head to rest the gun on while its hot so you dont melt or burn whatever you sat it on. I bought this thing to 1) shrink wrap my boat. the real shrink wrap guns cost $400 or more. 2) to burn out 2 stumps from trees I just had cut down and 3) to burn out weed from my paver patio and driveway. and just to play with..."

great except for ignitor,
August 12, 2008
"As previous reviews had indicated, the igniter did not work from the get go. Other than this initial issue, this torch is great! I have used it to keep weeds at bay in my garden and in the driveway. It’s also been great to get brush piles burning. (No more petroleum products!) The 32 ft hose is very covenant also. I am not sorry I purchased this torch vs. some of the more expensive models and would recommend it to anyone."

"This is a great tool around my place. I have a large retaining wall, VERY LARGE BOLDERS, that has (or should I say HAD) weeds growing in it. This thing makes quick work of them for me. The first day I had it I went though a tank of propane, but I must have been burning for 6-7hours straight.
I would and have recommended this to a friend and he has purchased this same one."

Single-Head Heating Torch Kit,
August 11, 2008
"Torch works great. Like others have stated the tank valve has to be opened slowly or it seems to activate the OPD (overfill protection device) inside the valve. Once going it works great. No chemicals to get of rid weeds in landscape rocks."
