I purchased this unit to replace my wall heater in the house. The heater heats good, the problem I have with it is the NOISE LEVEL of the FAN Extremely noisie. This would be good for a Garage, but not in the Home.
I was really surprised. It heats our main living area (1000 sq.ft.). We already had a thermostat and it hooked right in. It runs quietly and the heat is warm coming out of it but not enough to be uncomfortable. The cats definitely have a new sleeping spot. Never dreamed it would do that well. We only bought it to run at night when temps get down to 0. It's been down to 20 already (Nov.1) and it only takes about 20 minutes until the area is comfortable. It looks like it belongs in the wall. Sure glad we chose this one.
