"Ihave used this heater on construction sites, to help dry out mud on sheetrock, and works great, finishing new homes or remodel jobs during the winter is great keeping dust out of the house heating. One grill bottle lasts several days, and the heat it puts out is steady and warm. Trouble free, just check your grill tank on the last of 2nd or 3rd day, and its all good. Quiet and cleaner than large fuel oil space heater too. 3 heaters take care of 2000 sq.ft. building house, working in a t shirt when at 25 outside. Best buy I have found for construction heat, also run singles in duck boat to hunt ducks in Nov and Dec, another shirt sleeve operation..."

"I bought one of these for my 750sq ft. garage and placed it at one end with a small fan several ft. behind it. With both mantles lit, it maintained a temperature throughout of 69 degree's. I'm tickled to death w/ it. This is the cheapest place to buy one @ sale price."

"I use the heater to provide portable heat when picking up waste vegetable oil from restaurants during the winter when the night time temperatures make the oil quite thick. The heater makes short order of softening the oil for pick up since it has a flexible hose to move the heat around the container easily and warm a wide area of the container."

"Bought this heater last year for use in the garage during our Texas winters. Was a great addition. Quick setup and lights without any problems. When the weather turns cold, I also highly recommend this product for use when doing outside chores for a quick warm up."

"I have had my Mr. Heater for a number of years. I use it to heat my barn/workshop during the winter (mild in South Texas) and to take to Winter Camp with my Boy Scout troop. It is very functional, works flawlessly, and is a favorite camper of the Scouts. Well worth the money."

"Because you'll need it NOW. Great for emergency heat when you do.
I use mine to have lots of instant heat in the frosty mornings at deer camp. It seems to run forever on a tank of propane. No electricity required. Starts with a push of a button and its better than trying to light wet wood. I'll have mine running on my patio when I'm deep frying my Thanksgiving turkey. Keeps me and everyone warm enough to socialize while I cook. I keep it in the box until needed and it attaches and fires up in minutes. No big storage problems."

"The heater is very easy to light. Very easy to transport. We use it regularly to warm up our hunting kitchen prior to having breakfast before the hunt. I've used it to quickly take the chill out of the garage when I have to service my truck.

"I bought this heater to stay warm at BBQ Competitions. You're outside most of the night cooking and it can get pretty cold some nights. I set this up at the opening of my EZ-Up (canopy) and it heats it up enough to stay very comfortable."

"I purchased this heater for use in my shop at home. My shop is 24x24 and this heater easily heats it. This product is very easy to use and safe. I doesn't take up alot of room and it can be moved any where. I use a regular propane tank "like the tanks that come with most grills" and one tank will last a long time. And the tanks can easily be filled or exchanged. I only have to turn this heater on for about 10-15 min. and my shop is so warm I work in it in a t-shirt in the winter. That is nice. I would strongly recommend you give this heater a try. I have had my heater for about 3 years now and have never had any problems with it."

"Northern shipped this with other tools in the same box. I would like to believe that is why the box the heater came in was so smashed. The heater emits plenty of heat: however , the ignitor only lights the one side...it sparks great on both sides...but the one side just will not ignite. I keep a lighter close by...once lit it works great."

"We use these heaters every year for our Hunting camp. They have worked perfectly for 4 years and will keep on working till we quit hunting.
Ease of use is hook to tank and light.

"I bought one of these, then ordered another one. They work great. They are quite light, so shipping is relatively inexpensive, and it makes them easy to move about. The reflector makes it easy to direct the heat output. With 2 heads and 3 settings, you get 6 heat settings with this.
They work great in the shop. They are so clean and easy to move around, you can even use them on a porch on a chilly night.
Only minor drawback is that, once you light up the second head, the only way to switch back to one head is to shut it all down and restart with just one head - a rather minor inconvenience.
On one of mine, the igniter failed almost immediately. Mr. Heater's customer service was excellent, and they quickly sent me a new igniter.
I am quite pleased with this product."
