"I use this box to store tie straps, binders and chains for my car trailer. Strong steel box that is padlockable, weatherproof, & even came with a 1/4 thick rubber mat inside to dampen content rattles. Heavy & well built."

"This box really surprised me. I didn't expect it to be so well made and very heavy. Good value for the price. I used it as a chain and binder box for the tongue of my car trailer. I welded in to the tongue frame instead of using the included mounts, mainly for security reasons. This thing is heavy and very well made. If you need to "secure" something, here ya go."

"I bought two of them and mounted them on my trailer's fenders. Gives me a space that I can stow my straps and chains and lock them up. I did the same thing with another trailer years ago with tool boxes not near as strong as these are. We can stand on these while loading the tractor on the trailer and we don't have to worry about crushing or bending them. We mounted them without the brackets directly to the fender so I have no opinion on the brackets. The boxes impressed my trailer repair man enough that he was going to order a couple to offer other customers for the same type of application."
