This Michigan Seat Lawn Tractor Seat is made with weather-resistant vinyl covering over thickly padded, steel pan. 18in.W x 15 1/2in.D x 7in.H. Popular replacement for Snapper, MTD, Roper, Murray, Bolens, OMC and others. Use 8 1/4in.W x 3in.D mounting pattern, OR the 1/2in. center hole. Shell Steel, Material Vinyl, Dimensions W x D x H in. 18 x 15 1/2 x 7, Application Lowback seat, Color Black.

"I just completed a restoration of a 1985 rider mower. I had to research high & low for parts due to its age and the manufacturer going out of business years ago. When it came time to find a new seat, Northern came up on a google search. They not only had the same style seat, it had several different mounting patterns. It fit my rider perfectly and put the final touch on it! Thanks again Northern Tool."

"I purchased this seat as a replacement seat for my Snapper riding mower. It fit good and looks pretty much exactly like the original. The best part was that it cost less than half of what the seat would have cost from the manufacturer for an original!"

"Seat very comfortable, and fit fine on the mower. Would have given it 5 stars but had to buy a bolt in order to attach it to the mower. Old seat had a stud already attached to the seat bottom. The new seat just had a threaded hole. Other than that, happy with the purchase."

"I purchased this seat about a week ago, and it was a perfect replacement for my Snapper riding mower. As a matter of fact, the "Snapper" seat I removed from the mower was made by Michigan Seat in April of 1994, and this seat was made by Michigan Seat in mid 2008. Fourteen years later, the quality and workmanship has remained the same. Proud to buy USA-made products."

"Put this on and old Bolens 1886. Had to make a wood shim between the seat and the seat spring to attach it but the seat looks and performs great! I may order another one for the other tractor!"

"This seat was perfect for a vintage lawn tractor that belonged to my father. You have to step over the seat. The low height was just right. It was easy to install. This is the second one I purchased. After a while the vynl cracked. That is common in the hot southwest."
