Installation aggravation not worth it,

"This is a large capacity shelving unit, but would never buy one again based on the grief of assembling this unit. First off, the parts come from Malaysia but are not packaged well. Several of the shelves were damaged--one box was so bad that I had to call for replacement shelves (those also came damaged but was minor, so I used pliers to bend out the crushed corners). I was short several nuts and bolts so had to call for more of those. The instructions were HORRIBLE. I am no idiot with following directions but I had everything wrong on my first attempt. The design is worse than the directions as far as getting the unit together. You can barely get your fingers in the tight space necessary to finger tighten the nuts on the bolts, then you can barely get a socket on the nut to secure. You really need two people to assemble and an unbelievable amount of patience. Due to the height of the unit and the relatively narrow depth, this is not as sturdy as I had originally anticipated, either. I am very disappointed in this product."
