Looks good but noise makes it a failure

" When the heater (5,000 watt) is operating the noise from vibration is unacceptable. I expected to hear the fan blowing air but not noise from vibration from the outside shell of the heater. I installed threaded rod through the bottom corners from front to back and tightened with nuts on each end. This helped but did cure the problem. I will be trying to do the same with the top corners. The other heater (4,000 watt) I bought from the same manufacturer, but a different model, is much better, all you hear when it runs is the air blowing from the fan. "
