Filled with water... they still work... for now...,

"Pros: Price. Bright when paired. High quality look and feel. Thick glass lens. Adjustable mounting brackets.
Cons: Not sealed well enough - First rain storm they both filled with water. They still work, but I doubt they will work for long. Does not come with wiring.
This was my first order from Northern Tool. Great, simple transaction. But after all that said, I guess you get what you pay for."
Great 2nd lights for Tractor,
November 2, 2009
By CowwFace from Colorado
"I purchased 2 sets of these for my Tractor, since the stock headlights do a GREAT job of lighting up the back of the front end loader bucket!
I mounted 3 on the ROPS by drilling small holes and tapping them. Each light draws about 8 amps, so I used a 30amp relay to power them. They throw alot of light out front for me and I'm planning on mounting the last light for the rear. I would recommend them."

Great lights for projects,

"I purchased 4 sets of these lights and used 6 for a roof mounted light bar for my off-road Jeep. The lights are small enough to mount inside a 2" square aluminun tube and work great. The glass lens and metal housing is far superior to the plastic junk on the market. High quality and a very good price. The light bar is so good, my friends have asked me to build more for their vehicles."

"I bought four of these lights, mounted two on my 2000 GMC Yukon to replace the OEM fog lights that had broken lenses. Mounted easily and look like they came with the truck. I mounted another under the rear bumper, it really lights things up when backing up to my camper to hook it up to the hitch. The last one I mounted to the camper's rear bumper, It really helps when backing it into a pitch dark campsite."

GOOD LIGHT FOR THE MONEY,
August 18, 2008
"These little lights are great for the money! The only thing that I would like to see is that they offer a model with the wiring kit. But great for work lights or backup lights!!!!"

good auxillary backup lights,
January 5, 2008
"my trucks factory backup lights stink. using the supplied brackets and tapped holes, i mounted these lights to the side of my receiver hitch and wired them to the trucks backup lights. they work great, stay tucked in tight and inconspicuous, and really put out the light needed to backup and see where you're going."

Big Light, Small Package,
July 9, 2007
By jm820 from Chesterland, OH
"These lights are great! They were simple to hook up and the 55watt bulbs throw out alot of light and its all in a nice slim design. If you want a bright auxiliary light but don't want the gawdy, bulky look, then these lights are the ones to get!"

Good lights, great price,

"I am not disappointed with the lights. The brackets are strong, the case seems good, there is a good rubber cap on the rear to keep water and dust out. The lens appears to be glass. Excellent value.
It is also easy to change the H3 bulbs to another color or wattage.
I cut holes in my steel bumper, welded a quick bracket, and bolted it to an existing mount. The bracket arms on the lights allow easy adjustment."

Looked for a light to work as a alternating light,
December 6, 2006
"I looked for months for a light to use as a alternating light on my truck. I am a vol fireman and i wanted to have something that when I put on my wig wags, it would really move traffic. These lights when coupled with a good whelen flasher, worked extremly well."
