"I have a heavy gas welding cart which had low quality wheels/tires that would always go flat. Since I liked the cart I decided to replace the wheels/tires. These are not only great quality but the cart has never rolled so easy on both concrete and rough terrain. My gas welding cart is now enjoyable to move around. If you buy these you will not regret it!"

"I purchased an old garden cart at an auction. The wheels were busted but at $25 I just couldn't pass it up. On a searchin' I did go. I didn't want the "new" plastic wheels, I really liked the metal spoked ones it came with. I finally found out it was a "The Original Garden Cart" later known as a "Vermont Cart".
My son-in-law is always buying stuff from NT&E and suggested I look here. I didn't even know this company existed. I saw these wheels and they looked perfect, said they'd fit and the price was reasonable enough so I placed the order. Easy peasy.
UPS brought my wheels and I was like a kid on Christmas. Grant you, I am no experienced handywoman but I can usually figure things out and manage to keep all my fingers and toes. How hard could it be, right?
All that was needed was a hammer and a pair of pliers. I choose a rubber mallet and needle nose pliers. I pinched the cotter pin closed and removed it and then tapped the back of the rusted on wheel and off it came. Really it was just that simple! Placed new wheel on, stuck in the original rusty cotter pin and bent it apart again.
Now you can see me rolling up and down the hills of Kentucky hauling whatever strikes me with my old cart that is good as new once more.
Moral of the story: Buy these tires and don't cheap out and get the lighter duty ones, you know you always regret those decisions."

"This is a great little wheel. Very strong and well constructed. When it is time to replace a wheel on a cart or for one you are building this is a great choice. The 3/4" axle is a necessity for any cart."
