Amazing

"I bought this winch several months ago. I used to have a big name competitors winch that cost more than this one.

Out of the box, I was in awe, and couldn't believe that I got a WARN at that pricepoint!. .Was it just the name? Would it really stand up to WARN's history of quality and power?

Then I used it. absolutely amazed at the power compared to my old one!!!! Do yourself a favor and try this winch. I use this winch commercially and privately, so it gets used! It has pulled anything from cars and trucks onto trailers, to tractors out of the mud. Not toy tractors either, I'm talking 130 hp +!!!

It could use a longer remote wire, but I just deal with it, not a huge deal! I still rate it 5 stars, it's that good!"

Warn VR8000 Winch

"I've only had my VR 8000 for a short period of time, but it seems to perform very well. Iset mine up with the reciever cradle so I can use it on the front and rear of my dodge pickup as well as on my gooseneck trailer. I have used it to load a couple of tractors and it seemed to work great. Typical of what Warn winches that I've had in the past. Excellent Product!!!The only thing I plan to change is I need a longer control so I can control the winch from the rear of my trailer for one person operation."
