Wagan Powercase 450
August 15, 2012
"Actually Less than one star. I got the Wagan 450 with no user manual and the case was locked, the keys nowhere to be found. The little hatch the manual I later had to download said it was in, would not open by hand. Customer support at Northern Tool was prompt in connecting me to Customer Support at Wagan. Unfortunately the customer support there was completely clueless. Even though the Wagan unit would not charge to it's stated capacity, it would stop delivery electricity well before it's stated limit, and upon discharge it would take seven days of 9 hours of direct sun to be mostly useable no one at Wagan could help me. (The unit never completely charged; even plugged into 120V for 72 hours) . Avoid at all costs. I replaced with another self contained unit from Northern Tool. Man does that one work."
