"the compression fitting on the pole states not to tighten too tight, well snug is way too much as I had to return my first one as the fitting would not release no matter what I did. I was forced to drive the two sections back together to get it back into the box. Here is were Northerntool keeps me as a customer. I had a replacement within a week. This time the compression fitting still gave me fits. I barely secured to position and during my second adjustment the fitting simply came apart. I've since replaced the fitting with an old pole pruner fitting and now it works fine. Wish general would dump the fancy plastic twist and go with threaded compression found on other telescoping products. Once I corrected the fitting the wand functions well even at full extension. be prepared to rework this product until fitting is redesigned."

"The telescoping washer wand is one of the greatest tools I've ever purchased for washing down equipment. I have used it for washing the tall areas on my combine and tractors and semi and grain trailer and it is much safer than standing on my 8' steep ladder with the powerwasher wand and trying to stay stable enough to avoid falling off. It is well built and easy to adjust to different lengths."

"Excellent addition to my pressure washer. Certainly makes the job much easier and safer with less "ladder work". I definitely recommend the use of the Wand Back Belt along with the telescoping wand as it makes it far easier to use and much less stressful on your back. This product is a worthwhille investement for both time-savings and safety!"

"This product is just what I was looking for.
I have a screened pool and it was virtually impossible to get the top sections clean inside and outside without scaffolding. With the wand I can get to both.
I also bought the package of 3 nozzles for different spray patterns....

"This wand is great for reaching high areas--the interchangeable nozzles customize it to different applications. I recommend using it with the belt holder, as it's like fighting a large fish on a deep sea rig at full pressure. I like it better than the longer wands--It's a bit easier to handle, and stows easily when not in use.. It's perfect for cleaning the framework and screen of our pool enclosure."

"This wand made washing my split level house a breeze. It telescoped out easy where i needed the extra reach and shortend up where i only needed a shorter wand. I did not have to stop to change wands in the middle of the job, saving a lot of time. I would recomend the waist support belt for the full extendtion of the wand. This is a very well built wand and would highly recomend."

"This works great for cleaning the pine needles roof of my carport and travel trailer that I can't climb up on. It's a litlte unwieldy until you get comfortable with it but that's expected. The only negative would be that there's no padding or cushion in the box so it can take a beating during shipping."
