"I bought the HUDSON NEVERPUMP BAK-PAK -12VOLT SPRAYER to replace a smaller pump sprayer that I use but found that full of spray it was a little to heavy to pack.I use a small garden cart to roll it around where we need it.The sprayer works as advertised,I have yet to run the battery down and can spray 3 to 4 tanks full before a battery charge.The sprayer would be much better for packing with wider carrying straps.Over all I would recommend this sprayer."

"Has a lot more suds than I thought it would and the battery will run the machine forever it seems. No complaints on this one except the weight but not bad. It is hard to get it on your back. I love this sprayer."

"This is a good product for the money. But, They are made very cheaply and they tend to break very quickly. I am on my third one. I just received this sprayer in the mail and it is leaking after only 2 weeks. Defnitely get the 1 year warranty as you will need it within a year. Like I said works great when it works!!!"

"I have been using the sprayer for weed control and am finally making progress. The quantity of chemicals and ease of use make this sprayer an efficient and effective machine. I can attack large areas and not have to stop to pump or go back for refills like the smaller hand pump sprayers.

"I purchased the sprayer, followed the operating instructions to a "T" and I have had tremedous results. The area I live in has a large number of spiders and my deck is two stores tall so I made a spraying wand out of a 10 foot stick on conduit and vinyl hose. I can walk around on my deck and spray the ceiling without the aid of a ladder. Works great and is very reliable."

"I think this product is a great product because I use them for my mobile detailing business and man they work wonderful. I also use this product for around the house and spraying pesticides and watering of plants. It can be used for some many different things and it isnt hard to use or that heavy at all."

"This sprayer worked great after I got a good one. The first one looked like it had been used and sent back. The box was in bad shape and it would not charge. I sent this one back and was sent a good one but the wand was broken and no extra ends for it. I was told to call Hudson and they sent me the new parts after a week!! It now works fine for big jobs but there is no nozzle for small jobs. Otherwise it works great."

"bought this for my dad for x-mas and it didn't last 2 spraying.( pump went bad). My brother went thought the trouble of finding out what it was and send in for a new replacement pump and put it back together.That................ pump broke down on the last tree."

"This is an excellent sprayer by Hudson. Little heavy when filled, but I strapped mine to a dolly and away we go! Very powerful guy and the psi is just right! Easy to use and fun! The 12Volt battery lasts a very very long time! Don't hesitate to purchase this sprayer!"

I own 2 of these sprayers,

"I own a carpet cleaning business and use two of these sprayers on a daily basis. One is used for applying carpet pretreatments. The other is used for applying scotchgard carpet protector. One of these sprayers is almost a year old. The other about 6 months. I use these sprayers every day and the battery life is unbelievable. I recharge the battery about every 6 to 8 weeks.
I have owned commercial versions of battery operated sprayers. They cost upwards of $600 and the batteries need to be charged far more often. While they have some features that are nice, for the cost I can own 2 or 3 of these for less than the cost of one commercial sprayer.
I would recommend this sprayer to anyone who will be doing a lot of spraying whether it be for the yard or business."

Two sprayers--neither works,

"The first sprayer I received didn't work. The pump came on, never shut off, and the tank never pressurized. Hudson customer service helpful, but I'd already done their suggested trouble-shooting. They said, "Keep it for parts (almost like I'd need them?!), we'll get you another one." They did. It doesn't work, either. Turn the switch on--nothing. Verified switch is good, wiring is good. Would you go for strike three? I don't recommend it. If the product is poor, I don't care how good customer service is, you won't be happy. This one has "unhappy" all over it."

Hudson Portable Battery Sprayer,

"An excellent product that works very well. Makes it possible to spray flower beds around a 1/2 acre lot very quickly and conveniently. It is heavy when filled, making use of a hand-truck or mounting on a riding mower helpful.
Product support is excellent -- they replaced the wand when it split after I didn't drain it fully and left it in the garage over the winter.
Better pads on the shoulder straps as well as better strap clips on the bottom of the sprayer would be worthwhile improvements."

"I recently bought this sprayer and so far, so good. One point that could be better explained in the instructions is the initial charging. According to the instructions the initial charge should be 8 to 12 hours at which time the indicator light will turn green. This does not happen. You have to unplug the charger from the AC outlet to have it turn green (if fully charged), otherwise it will remain red. While I have used it some, only time will tell if it will hold up. I will probably attach a different longer spray handle since the one provided is to short, requiring me to bend over often. It really is nice not having to manually pump. I think for the cost, this is a very good purchase."

"We bought the Hudson Never Pump Sprayer, but don't use it as a backpack. Instead, I strap it onto a dolly and am able to very, very easily and quickly spray all the trees, shrubs, vegetables, flowers, etc. in my yard, my neighbor's yard, and my in-laws' yard!!! The ease of operation, the 4-hour battery and the large capacity mean that I can get it all done in one session, which is fantastic! We are so pleased with this purchase!"

"I use this sprayer to control weeds on my property it works very good.the only thing I would change is the shoulder straps. They need to have more padding as the sprayer ir fairly heavy when completly full.I used this sprayer all fall and am very satisfied"

Great product ..but heavy!,

"This is a great little sprayer. I ran several full tanks through it as soon as it finished charging. It runs quietly and smoothly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the backpack straps. If you have this thing full the straps tend to cut into your shoulders. These straps need padding. Other than that great product!"
