Buy the whole kit

"The first time out I used every part included in the kit so I would recommend buying the whole thing. I was worryed that the rope would not stay in the open sided pully but it is not a problem. The rope release works exactly like it should. The hitch plate allows you to tie off the rope at any point with a knot (clove hitch) that is easy to release after pulling.
They say that the pulling force is reduced by half when using the cone and I would agree."
