"Purchased this mower and the tow bar bombed badly. After discussing with the Northern Tool Manager and noticing the arm online was different from what I purchased, they jumped in to action and took great care in dealing with it. Used it this last weekend and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Good little mower but foremost great support from Northern Tool.
"Since I already had an ATV, this seemed to be the cheapest way to arrive at a good riding lawn mower set up, but I honestly regret buying it. The wheel broke the first month I had it and I had to have it welded back on, and I perpetually have problems getting it to run. It's fun to use, but honestly for the price I would have been better off to put that toward an actual riding lawn mower from John Deere or Husqvarna. It is very wide and hard to load in a truck too. I know because I've had to take it to the shop numerous times."
