Works Great!

"I am on my second season with the snow blower attached to my Husqvarna 2146XLS. It is performing very blowing my 1/4 mile long driveway and four car parking pad. My wife also uses it when I am traveling and has had no issues.
Install - Very easy. Took it off for the summer mow season and reinstalled it without issue.
Plowing - On the Husqvarna, there are no clearance problems and I have not had any issue with belt slippage or falling off.
Maintenance - I knock the snow and ice off before parking in my heated garage. I do apply silicon lubricant to some of the joints to keep them moving and rust free.
PLUS - easy to use, clears a lot of show fast
NEGATIVE - The directional nozzle can flip up at times when a lot of wet snow or ice is moving through. I have seen other units that have metal forks to break this up before it hits the nozzle
WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN - Yes. It works and is reliable. It has paid for itself in the first year since I am not paying a plow service $60 a push."

Works well

"I recently bought this attachment for my 1998 Poulan Lawn tractor. The tractor has a 14.5 horse OHV Briggs and hydrostatic transmission.
The install was easy and took a few hours. I had to unbolt my plow first, but after that installation was easy for the most part. Some of the instructions were a bit confusing but everything fit. Not bad considering the tractor is almost 10 years old.
Machine works well and makes things much easier. You will need wheel weights and chains!
Pros: Works well even in deeper snow, easy to work from seat, controls work well and located in good spots, clears scraper banks fairly well.
Cons: Can't use on certain grades because of belt drive (only drops so low), won't really blow heavy wet snow well (plugs up) belt is exposed and will get wet and slip at times (cover would fix that), belt needs more guides (has fallen off two times causing some damage to belt), needs 18-20 horsepower engine to run better."
