This solar panel is nice and lighweight, easy size to work with. The amperage is what was needed for this specific project (keeping a marine battery charged). Well done!

Solar charging system

In installed this panel on an array that charges the power system in my hunting cabin. It appears to produce more output than the similarly-rated panel it replaced. It is a great value. The only negative is that I had to fabricate a mounting system for the panel, which wasn't too difficult.

These two panels[20w each] keep up well with a 100 watt Ham radio on portable operations. !00 watts SSB or 50 watts CW. Light, well made, actual output at 13 VDC output is 36 watts total,2.4 amps. I like them so much I ordered a second pair. Thank You Northern Tool !!!

I use two of these panels on my truck dash. I fitted pipe foam for water lines on frames to cushion them since they have aluminum frames.
I plug them into the two differnt acessary plugs since I have 3 and use the heaver one for the conveter.
I used two 7 watts before they could not keep up!
It has been 5 months only once my battery went low. I had my 17" laptop on from Friday night to Monday morning it rained all day Saturday and Sunday there was so no sun very heavy clouds. I have left it for 60 hr. without starting my truck firs time it didn’t start.
I am not using a regulator but would recommend it. My computer runs 10 t0 12hr a day when I am working and sometimes it 6 days a week. I have had not problem if they are in full the sunlight.
Best price per watt you can get!
