VERDICT STILL OUT

" We purchased this for a section of our warehouse
that has no heat, the product arrived and seemed in
good condition. we had our electrician install a cord,
FYI the plug is not included or installed.
This was not listed in the description. However it
seems well built, but this unit was not putting out
any heat, I have returned it for replacement as the
electrician seems to think it is a faulty unit.
Northern was prompt for the return pick up and we
are due to have the new one next week.
