My first BIG tool!

"A couple of men-friends giggled when I told them I bought this tool. They, totally, thought it would be 'too hard' for me to use. I wouldn't be 'strong' enough. The best was that one of them had tried using one before but quit...because it was too hard!! Haha...I IS hard work....but not too hard for a woman with determination. It's a great work out and works like a charm. Perfect for the areas I need to take up sod...without the big machine I could have rented. Haha...."

"I had a big ugly back yard that I was slowly transforming into a self-sustanable fruit and vegetable garden. I had a lot of grass & moss to remove to put in pathways and raised beds. I put off getting this sod kicker because of the cost. So I punished myself and suffered for the past two years pulling and cutting by hand. Horrible!! I barely made a dent. So...I broke down and bought this sod-kicker. From the very first moment I used it, I smiled and praised how easy and efficient this tool is. It really is a "kick" to use! I took litterally years (summers in washington state are short) off my aching back. No noise. No gas or oil. Great exercise. This is the best tool in my garden tool shed--ever! Even though the cost was more than I wanted to spend, it has been worth every penny. My garden is beautiful now."

"This tool was a breeze to use. I needed to clear a small area to set patio blocks and it didn't seem big enough to rent a sod cutter. A similar area took me 6 hours to clear with hand tools. This took 30 minutes, and I had nice rolls of sod to relocate instead of grass clumps. I seem to be running into this situation a lot lately and glad to be able to make quick work of it."
