Doesn't work as claimed

Product arrived with adjustment valve frozen. With lock nut loosened I could not turn the knob. Finally stripped it out. The knob is aluminum and the shaft is steel. I finally broke the shaft loose with a wrench, but the knob is already stripped. Another problem is that the link will not hold position. With the valve closed the link extends all of the way when I raise the implement and contracts to the 1.5 " when I lower it. This was a total waste of money.

HydrauLink for implements with tailwheel

I bought my Hydraulink because I have a rear grader blade that has a tailwheel. For this to work correctly, I had to disconnect the upper link to allow the blade to float, but to pick the blade up I had to reinstall the upper link. Hydraulink solved this problem. Now I open the valve when grading and the Hydraulink allows the blade to float. I close the valve and I can pick the blade up. Works great.

Bought mine over a year ago

I love my HL. It was just as it was promised to be: easy to hook up; easier to use. It literally makes small adjustments for me while I work making the job go faster. I noticed it took a lot of the vibration out of my box blade but where it really shined was when I hooked up the tiller... craziest thing I've seen watching it move in and out like it did but it worked great.
Just keep in mind, it's not a hydraulic toplink... and it kind of is. Since it doesn't use an external pump, it doesn't create pressure. But it does hold right where you put it. I had to change the way I worked with my toplink but it was worth it.
