"I have used this sprayer pump to do all the things they say it wont do. I have used it on my sprayer and then I needed a pump to pump Vegge oil, and it has ran and pumped upwords of a thousand gallons without a pause. I have ordered a second pump just for a spare, as I run this vegge oil in my Ford f 350 truck and I could not do without a reliable supply of fuel. Whit"

Shurflo diaphram pump,

"I bought one of these pumps as a replacement for my tow-behind lawn sprayer. The original one was somehow damaged by a faulty wiring installed by the previous owner.
This pump has, since it's installation, been runing like a champ! It has probably logged over 100 hours of use since the swap-out and has never once failed to deliver the goods. I know when I drag out my sprayer I can count on this pump to perform over and over again. The pump construction is rock solid and of very high quality. Engineering design is excellant. I should know, I'm a Professional Engineer!
Even if it costs more than the competitor's pump, it is money well spent....you get what you pay for!!!!
I highly recommend this pump to anyone thinking of buying one of these pumps, and have never regretted buying it!!!"

This pump I find to have greater spraying capacity then the original pump and it is more quieter when operating as opposed to the whining of my previous pump. Aside from receiving a pump that I am extremely satisfied with, I want to

"I now have replace both (2) original pumps off of two different pieces of equipment. I wish the pumps would last forever but scene that is not possible it is nice to know that Northern sells them at half the cost or more than I can buy them here in town. It was easy to match the exact pump with the info Northern listed in there online catalog."

Enjoying extra power,

"We have two 16 gallon tanks we purchased from Northern. I have purchased two of the Shurflo On-Demand Diaphragm Pumps as replacement for the original pumps and have enjoyed the extra volume and pressure they have provided. We have one tank set up for pesticides and the other for herbicides. We transport them on a gas powered golf cart that has a home made utility bed I built and mounted where the golf clubs normally go."

"Living in south Louisiana we hunt marsh land and get through the marsh with airboats. When you are running through marsh when grass dries out from dew ,we have these sprayers that uses surflo pump to spray soap on marsh in order for airboat to slide over grass.
