Broadcast Nozzle,
October 19, 2009
By gaylord

"I got this nozzle to add onto the NorthStar ATV Spot Sprayer - 10-Gallon Tank, 2.2 GPM, 12 Volt so I could spray lawn weeds . It worked very well but the angle of the spray was a lttle wider than I would have liked."

Great Product & Design,
July 20, 2009

"This nozzle works great for all types of applications, I've used it to spray my lawn and my pastures and even road ditches. By turning the nozzle at an angle you can drive along a roadway ditch and spray it all in one pass. I've used others, but they just did't work as well as this one does or spray as even as this one does."

good product,

"I rigged up this nozzle with some homeade brackets and mounted on the rear of my atv. An inexpensive alternative to a boom system. Sprays a pretty good pattern but it keeps dripping for a while after turning the sprayer off. Like I said its a homemade rig I'm not using it as intended."

Saves time!!,
November 18, 2008
By Strobie
from Northern Wisconsin
"Good price but doesn't give a perfect pattern, runs down the nozzle and drips on the machine, it could atomize better. Still, a lot better than holding the wand or using a boom. I use the unit to spray weed-n-feed and weed killer on my 2+ acre lawn that is irregular in shape, has many obstacles and is sloped. I previously used granulars but the darn tow behind broadcaster kept tipping.....this is easier and a whole lot faster."

broadcast nozzle,

"This nozzle gave good coverage but probably did not spray as wide of a band as advertised. I would like to use two of these on one sprayer but needed a bigger pump than what I had so have not been able to get that set up yet.  Could not get a solid recommendation on what size of pump I would need to accomplish this.  "

Broadcast Nozzle,
August 12, 2008
By LLWIA

"This nozzle works great. I have an acreage and planted some Round-up ready soybean seed. I attached thebroadcast nozzle to my pull behind lawn sprayer and applied Round-up herbicide to my soybean field with my lawn tractor. The spray pattern was good and the coverage gave me perfect weed control. I will use it to spray my lawn for weeds this fall."

By cberg

"most definitly worth the money (similar brass nozzle is 2-3 hundred $) I can get effective coverage of about 10-12 feet. the spray pattern is acceptable. I was a little concerned about it at first but if you narrow down your pass to 10-12 ft. you can get a great kill with round-up. It sounds like everyone else is happy with their spray pattern, I have two nozzles and they both spray the same pattern"

Broadcast Nozzle,
April 15, 2008
By BillnMs
from Drew,Ms
"I was using a 20' boom to spray the yard until I bought this nozzle. The boom was heavy and hard to attach. With this nozzle I just clamp to the back of my rack with a small clamp and go to spraying. It covers well and does a great job. I don't mind spraying so bad, when it takes 1/10 the time to set up."

"Information on package was helpful to determine how high place the nozzle for best coverage. I hooked it to a line directly off the pump and it sprays a mist. I am looking into reducing the pressure to get less atomization."

"This nozzel works great for a fair price. You need to just have the proper hardware to attach to your sprayer. It comes with instruction on how high the sprayer should be from the ground. Based on that and your tractor/lawn mower speed it tables the flow rate."

Broadcast Nozzle,
October 29, 2007
By stucke12
from Newton, NJ
"I was looking for a way to have a boom sprayer without the bulk. This nozzle did the trick. I made a mount that is held in place using my ATV hitch. This keeps the nozzle at the optimum 24" from the ground. I can quickly spray the outside perimeter of my pasture fences. By turning the nozzle slightly in it's holder, I can direct the spray to one side or center. Well worth the purchase price. I was lucky enough to happen upon the store in Orlando while on a trip. Great store."

"This nozzle does away with my boom sprayer. I mounted mine on the end of the wand. I can attach it to the rear of my 4-wheeler or hold it to spray a fence line. It works great. Just make sure you have the proper pressure pump to make it do its job."
