"The product arrived promptly and was well packed. The lack of instructions didn't excessively slow down construction but there was a little head scratching at first. It is well designed and very sturdy. It should exceed the strength rating easily. I have reduced the clutter in my garage a lot and would buy another if I had room."

"It is well worth the cost for this unit. It is very easy to assemble and can be pushed around to relocate quick and easy. I would not use this to transport material a lot as if it was a cart. The materials are all good and come undamaged and redeay to assemble. You can assemble this shelving unit in about 15 minutes if you are not all thumbs."

"Worked great until the cheap plastic shelf supports gave way, which made the shelves uneven, which made the whole thing lean, which made the wheels pop out. Could have easily been a great product."

"Item seems to be decent quality but the shelves bend a lot under loads of half of that rated. The wheels kept falling out from the rack even when upright; had to wrap tape around the inserts to keep them in the posts."

"I bought this 4 shelf mobile unit for use in my kitchen. I love to bake, hence I have a lot of baking products that would not fit in my pantry. I needed easy access to these items and a rolling cart was the answer. It fits nicely between the wall and my refrigerator and can withstand a pretty heavy load. Even though it is heavy, the sturdy casters make it easy to maneuver back and forth. Also, the simple stainless steel/ chrome look, looks nice in my kitchen. I would recommend this product to anyone, for use in the kitchen, garage, basement, etc., it is a very versatile product. and is easy to assemble."

"I bought three of the shelves for my home shop, I liked them so well I bought one for our assembly area at work. Unfortunately it came without one set of brackets to hold a shelf. The good part is I contacted Northern through the customer service email about the issue. Today the missing parts arrived, great service from Northern Tool ! I posted a link on a racing site that I frequent, I hope they got lots of orders for these units. Thanks for the great service.

"wheels bent after loading and moving on carpet. locate racks before loading product. In our case, it was Liquor Bottles. if moving catrts, only fill half way before moving. Customers love the look!"
