Weather Guard is our heaviest-weight industrial-grade PVC tarp Features a rugged 11.2 oz. per sq. yard tarp fabric that is highly resistant to cold weather, fraying and tearing, thanks to a tough mesh weave of 420 denier polyester cords. Poly weave has a waterproof coating of polyvinyl chloride PVC that withstands all weather and resists the sun's UV rays. Tarp provides excellent cover for equipment, truck and wagon loads, haystacks and many other heavy-duty applications. Also great for trailering. "This tarp self destructs in cold weather { -15 degrees C}. simply folding it will cause the layers to separate."

"This tarp is not nearly the quality of the same type I have used for years (the old one is beginning to crack after about 20 years of use) This one cracked when I tried to unfold it in cold weather - perhaps about 20 deg. F."
