Milwaukee 4-Tool Combination Kit — 28 Volt,

"Two years ago I replaced an18V tool set with the Milwaukee 4-Tool Combination Kit — 28 Volt set. There is no comparison between the two primarily because of the V28 batteries. I replaced all my 18V batteries several times and they always ran down quickly when I was running the tools hard (as I usually do). The V28 batteries just keep on going and give you full power right to the end of their charge. I no longer even carry a corded skill saw on my truck. The V28 successfully made a corded saw unnecessary. I couldn't say that for the 18V saw I had been using. I've been running 4 V28 batteries hard for two years and they are still going strong. They carry a 5 year warranty so I should have a couple of more years before they need replacing. The Milwaukee tools themselves are comparable to other brands. Its the batteries that make these tools soar. I highly recommend the Milwaukee 4-Tool Combination Kit — 28 Volt for anyone that really use their tools hard. Even with the higher initial cost you won't be disappointed."

"I buy tools for Dept of Highways crews and switched from Dewalt to Milwaukee over a year ago and haven't had one complaint yet. Dewalt tools from before didnt last nearly as long, and our guys don't always take the best care of their tools. Great combo kit, great price! The 28V is on the heavy side but that's not always bad."

"I got my Milwaukee 4-Tool Combination Kit two years ago and it's still running strong. I use it all the time whether the project is in the backyard or out on the back 40. I love the "FUEL GUAGE" feature and the 45 minute quick charging time. These tools are as powerful as their corded counterparts. I would recommend this kit to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy cordless equipment."

No More Cords to Trip Over,

"Using the Milwaukee V28 tools could replace many of your tools on a jobsite. I hate tripping or untwisting or worse walking over to get a corded saw, walk all the way back and it has become unplunged before I got there. The V28 technology is powerfull and remains strong to the last drop."

Plenty of Power, nice outfit,

"I went to the Lithium Ion outfit for the flexibility in the battery charging and longevity. These batteries really provide great power and last. They charge fast if your in a pinch. Only complaint is that they lose charge over time if you are not even using them. Has not been a problem so far. I love the drill and recip saw. The circular saw is competent. I had a Bosch 24 volt before and liked that saw better, but after using this one for a while, I am very happy with the results. I've been thru one blade already cutting laminate flooring is tough on even carbide. The 6-1/2 inch size is nice. I really like the power this outfit has. Use two hands on the drill with hole saws or big bits because there is enough power to spin you around! Overall a 5 star outfit."
