"I bought these to hopefully extract some broken shock absorber bolts on my Cherokee as I drilled them out. Didn't happen, but these cut through them like butter! I ended up re-tapping the holes they were so badly rusted in, but because these cut so well, it was quicker to drill them through than to mess around with an ez-out."

"The ultimate ez-out. In fact, the only one likely to work at all. We have all done it; snapped a bolt off in something valuable, where it must come out, with the least possible damage, these are the proper tool for the job."

"I restore antique John Deere tractors and no matter what make of antique tractor you restore you come across bolts that either won't come out or break off. It seems like when I use the left-hand bits to drill the bolt for an easy-out that it helps to loosen the bolt to make it easier to get out.
I also have a good Drill Doctor with a left-hand adapter to sharpen my lef-hand bits. If you keep them sharp, they have no equal and give you a good job."
