"I choose to use the solar charger to supply the power for my electric fence. I use a group 27 deep cycle marine battery, the solar panel, and the matching 7 amp controller. The controller indicates a full charge most of the time. The battery reached full charge during regular usage after 2 or 3 days."

"I use this at my cabin because of having the battery's going dead when you don't expect it. They are always charged now without any troubles. I run lights, music, tv from through a 400 W inverter that's hooked to 5 used battery's that i collected at a local parts store. They were the core return battery's. I just mounted it to the wall facing south. It was an easy install and works perfect! If your place is off the grid heck ya get one of these..."

"I installed this panel on my sailboat to maintain my house bank of 2 series 27 deep cycle batterys. I use my boat 3 to 4 days per week throughout the sailing season & I'm not shy about using the 12 volt system for lights, navigation, entertainment, etc. How ever much electricity I used the week before, my bank remained charged to 100%! Would I recommend this product to a friend? I already have & will continue to sing the praises of this great panel. I'm gettin' another one this spring. ( I had one heck of a time finding a review title that hadn't been used already...I've almost run out of superlatives...)"

"I have used this panel on two different buildings for charging deep cycle batterys. I feed the DC current through a inverter to power cash registers in some of our remote locations. Great Panels."

"Have had it installed on my boat for a little over a year and it appears to be performing and wearing well. This is in spite of the fact that my panel had the positive and negative colors reversed on the connecting cord, but I figured that out in the beginning and hooked up the black to my battery's red, etc."

"This thin-film solar panel will produce current from even very dim light, such as my cellphone camera flash in an otherwise completely dark room. In a word: ''legit.''
As part of an unusual, but no less passionate pursuit, I decided to construct a hydroponic table in my car for accelerated plant growth (strawberries only). The holes that are pre-drilled in the frame of the panel line up with the holes that are pre-drilled for a roof rack on a Honda Element.
