Serious Saw for Serious Work,

"I bought this saw because I have a major renovation coming up. I had several requirements when looking for a saw. It needed to be a sliding miter so that I had a larger range to cut varying widths of wood. It need to offer compound miters. It need to be easily and quickly adjustable. It needed a solid warranty.
I own other Milwaukee power tools and know of their quality so I considered this saw when looking for a sliding compound miter saw. I have to say it is everything and more in what I needed!
Dual lights help to illuminate the cutting area and, since I am always pushing into dark when working on projects, this is very helpful. The calibrated digital angle gauge is a nice feature helping to validate that you set the saw at the right cut angle. Easy angle adjustments both vertical and horizontal are accomplished by preset indents or user set simply by positioning the angle lever lock to half way or full. Adjustable fences also are a benefit .
As mentioned this is a serious saw also capable of light duty work. A work of precaution though, make sure you light work is properly supported and clamped because the saw will send it flying if not!"
