Charged up and ready to go: Sunforce 60 Watt Solar,

"This fine unit is easy to set up and start using right away. Weather seems not to bother this sturdy solar panel kit. Snow, rain and wind; for a year now in the mountains of Tennessee have not phased the unit at all. My batteries for lights, portable power sources are all kept charged up with just a few hours of sun.
I would recommend this kit to anyone needing to start learning about solar power as well as a special use application."

GREAT Starter System!,

"I added this to my home built Wind Turbine....works like a CHAMP!. I suggest you build your own frame if you plan to permanently mount to the roof. The PVC Frame won't stand up the the occasional high winds we get off the ocean. If you use two Marine Batteries in Parallel as I did; you will probably also want to buy one of Northern's higher wattage inverters . WE got the 800 Watt model just before a big blackout and boy are we glad we did!"

Super Solar,

"This outfit of four panels and the power inverter included are the best in quality and workmanship. The assembly instructions left a little to be desired; however the assembly was common sense easy. We use these panels on our travel trailer all day pulling electricity using small appliances and toys. The battery is still fully charged in the evening. We used to carry several deep cycle batteries with us. Now we only need one battery and leave it hooked up to the panels, using the charge controller, without having to worry about the battery draining. This is a most excellent product that will pay for itself in the first few months,"

"Bought this item to support our electrical needs while at a remote fishing camp in Northern Ontario. The panels charged our deep cycle batteries, our 2-way radios, our camera battery chargers, and even a C-Pap machine that was required by one of our older fishermen!
Hooked to a power inverter it performed flawlessly!
Another great item at a great price from Northern tool and equipment..."

"So far the product has worked just fine. The panels even withstood a hailstorm we had one day. When I initially got the product one of the panels was cracked . But I called northern tool and they replaced it with no additional cost to me. Its nice to know that service for customers still exists. So so far I am very happy with the product , it has performed very efficiently. The best part is not having to lug a battery around or a charger to keep my RV batteries charged up."

"I think this system is great!! I have a small beach house on long island shore where there is no electricity and we have to use small generator for lights and powering small appliances. But now my kids can chagre their cell phones, ipods and run lights in their room.
I have just added a third battery to the setup and I started charging my dewalt batteries using the inverter. as I add to the bank of batteries I will start to try to run more things. But it is great to able to just turn on the lights without having to run the generator.
my neighbor has 11 bateries in his bank using to run his TV and dish tv using multiple panels!!
plus with the price of fuel and having to handle it back and forth what a savings!!"
