Good Bang for the Buck,
September 1, 2008
By JoshM

"This windmill is currently charging a battery bank in my house. There are 4 batteries in the battery bank, 2 Marine Deep Cycle, and 2 Industrial. The windmill keeps these batteries charged very often, in combination with the solar panel I bought from here too. It spins with ease and little effort, great design.
The 42in. LCD Television was on for 10 straight hours before the batteries lost power. The windmill was spininng on and off in a light breeze. I can't wait for winter to see how much it spins.
I would recommend this windmill to anyone and is a great combination with several solar panels."

Don't over estimate,

"I love the product, but don't do what I did and over estimate how much wind you get. I have a camp with three solar panels, so the wind mill is a nice addition to them. They are quite generous with the wind speeds too. I am on a hill witch is the highest piont in my town and to make power it takes about 15 Mph winds."

sunforce wind generator,

"I have had one of these hooked up at my hunting camp and because I only have it up about 25'. So in the winter i very seldom had to charge my battery's. During the summer when the leaves are on the trees, at this hight, I have to charge my battery's at least once a week with a generator. I am moving into an off grid area and cant wait to add my windmiill to this new project."
