"I bought two of these tool boxes, which fit in between my pipe rack system on a F-150 eight foot bed. These boxes are well made with 2 doors and double handle/locks on each. After 2 months, my crews have not had any compliants. Fast delivery from Northern."

"I mounted this box on a service body, underneath a ladder rack (hence the 90" length rather than 96"). Fit perfectly.
Weld quality is very high (MIG, not TIG). Dimensions are close tolerance. Angles are square. There are no pre-drilled mounting holes. Door openings are framed with rain gutters the whole way around. Foam gaskets are attached to the doors..
The interior is cavernous. The box does not come with shelves or dividers, or any built in provisions for them (there is no divider in the middle). I built custom inserts to subdivide it. Interior surfaces are smooth (diamond plate is cast into the aluminum, not pressed).
Box comes with two aluminum legs for pickup mounting and an odd assortment of hardware (only 3 nuts & bolts of each size). Hardware is zinc plated ungraded steel.
5 star rating speaks for itself. I am very pleased."

"I purchased this box for a unique application. I have it mounted on the rear bumper of our travel trailer. I built special mounting stands to keep it up and away from the spare tire. I use it to store long items that need to be kept out of the weather and kept secure. The worksmanship and overall aesthetics of the box make it look like it is supposed to be there. The gasket on the door keeps things dry and dust free. The door chains provide a platform to set items during loading and unloading. The key-lock on the paddle latches keeps things secure. The aluminum deck plate construction is easy to keep clean and looking good. We looked a long while to find a box like this. I would buy another one in a heatbeat when the need arises. Thanks for a quality product at an affordable price."

I am carrying my tools to the job site, very prepared and very professionally!Comparing my setup to other setups that I have seen on other trucks, I must admit that Northern Tool has a terrific product. I am very pleased with the look, style and efficiency.
I only wish that my late father, a very talented carpenter could have had
the opportunity to see what a setup I have with the top mount truck boxes
from Northern Tool."
